Vikas has gained diverse professional experience by exploring multiple industries, driven by his belief in learning from varied work cultures and collaborating with unique individuals. He began his career in hospitality, working with renowned hotels such as Leela Kempinski and Le Royal Meridien in Mumbai. His journey then extended to the maritime sector, where he worked with one of the oldest cruise liners, P&O UK & Australia.
Subsequently, Vikas transitioned to the telecom industry, contributing to leading companies like Vodafone, Airtel, and Tata Teleservices. Later, he ventured into the software sector, working with organizations such as Channelplay Ltd, Marg ERP Ltd, and Csquare Info-solutions Ltd.
With over 20 years of experience, Vikas has navigated through the highs and lows of the corporate world, enriching his perspective and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the professional landscape.
The journey has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows, but he persevered. Sustaining and staying relevant in the industry has always been a challenge, yet he has upheld his stature through relentless learning. Vikas pursued his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from IHMCT&AN, Kolkata. After gaining valuable work experience during a brief gap, he decided to advance his expertise by completing an MBA in Sales & Marketing from ICFAI, Tripura. Aside from that he successfully completed a Diploma in HR from Wellingkra Institute, Mumbai.
Driven by an enduring passion for learning, he further expanded my knowledge by enrolling in a Certificate Course in Operations Management at IIM Kozhikode.
Additionally, he completed a diploma course in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai, further broadening his expertise.
